The 'Action Message Template' is the statement or letter which makes up the key message to Targets. It is:
- Seen by people participating in the action (unless removed)
- Editable if the Action Message Modifiable is selected
- Included in the email to the Target (when an email to the target is configured)
- Included in the Thank You Email to people completing the Action Edition when the Thank You Email Include Message option is selected
Important
If you plan to select the Action Message Modifiable option to make your Action Message editable by anyone before they complete the action, the make sure your Action Message Template is in 'plain text' format - not HTML.
