The 'Reference Browser' is the mechanism for selecting Parent Actions, Targets, Message Templates, Thank You Pages and Thank You Emails. To use it:
- Click on 'Browse' and a new window will pop-up listing content contained in the current Action Edition
- Items you can select for your current field will have an 'Insert' link on the right side
- Navigate to the folder (including Organisation Targets) where the item you wish to insert it and select it
- For all options except Targets, the window will now close. You can select as many Targets as you wish after which you can close the window
