The "Sender email address for 'thank you emails'" field is where you set your 'From' email address for Thank You Emails. It must be a valid email address.
This email address can receive:
- Replies from people who have received the Thank You Email
- Bounce messages from email addresses that require you verify you sent the message as a form of Spam prevention
- Bounce messages from email addresses that are not valid (hard bounces) due to being mistakingly input or a bogus email address entered
- Bounce messages from email addresses that are valid (soft bounces) but not currently deliverable
- Spam
Due to this range of mostly valid email, it would be helpful to have an email software that can automatically filter bounces and remove spam.
